Important note: We are only permitted to sell & ship wine within the Province of Manitoba and within Manitoba we can only sell to and ship to people 18 years of age or older. Our delivery zone is the City of Winnipeg and within 15 minutes of the Perimeter Highway.

Delivery by KWM: FREE DELIVERY for orders placed over $100 (before taxes). Orders under $100 will be subject to a $9.99 delivery fee. All other delivery policies and restrictions apply.

 

Shipping is available within the City of Winnipeg, Manitoba & surrounding communities within a fifteen minute drive of the perimeter.

PLACING ORDERS

To place an order with KWM Online you must first set up an online account. Invoices and other communications from KWM Online will be sent to the email address that you provide during setup. We recommend that you use a personal rather than a business email address and make sure that you either add KWM Online to your “contact” list or that you use a server that will not filter and regard emails from KWM Online as junk emails

 

To add an item to your shopping cart, click on the ‘add to cart’ icon beneath the image and description of the product you are viewing; to change quantity please use the box above. You will be asked to continue shopping or proceed to checkout after adding each item to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, click “view shopping cart” at the top of the page. At this time, you will be asked to review the contents of your shopping cart and you will be provided with the opportunity to remove and/or change quantities of individual items. Once your order is complete, follow the checkout instructions.

All Licensee orders must be placed by phone or fax. Sorry, at this time we are unable to accommodate online ordering.

 

PROOF OF AGE

All persons placing orders, accepting deliveries or returning wine for exchange or store credit must be 18 years of age or older.

Proof of age must be validated with acceptable forms of photo identification at time of delivery. Acceptable forms of photo identification are:

Valid Driver’s License issued in Manitoba or another jurisdiction (if applicable, both parts must be presented)
Valid Enhanced Driver’s License issued in Manitoba or another jurisdiction
Valid Passport from Canada or another country
Valid Manitoba Identification Card
Valid Manitoba Enhanced Identification Card
Secure Certificate of Indian Status

We accept Visa & MasterCard. Visa & MasterCard are services are provided via Moneris Solutions’ eSelect secure website. Sorry, no personal cheques or cash on delivery.

Prices listed do not include Manitoba Provincial (PST: 7%) or Canadian Federal (GST: 5%) tax.

 

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICK-UP

Shipping is available within the City of Winnipeg, Manitoba & surrounding communities within a fifteen minute drive of the perimeter. At KWM Online we will try to deliver your order in the quickest manner possible. Arrival date will depend upon your exact location. Please see below for shipping guidelines. Upon delivery or in-store pick-up you will be asked to present valid photo identification and the credit card used to pay for the order.

 

What if I am not home to receive my delivery?

If the delivery person attempts to make a delivery and no one is at home, they will leave a notice in your mailbox indicating when you can pick up your order at KWM’s 1855A Grant Ave. location; see procedure for in-store pick-up. We can only attempt delivery one time during the indicated delivery hours.

 

Procedure for in-store pick-up

Free in-store pick-up is available on all orders. Please note it takes up to 5 business hours to process and confirm a pick-up order. At time of pick-up you will be asked to show the credit card used for the purchase. When picking up you will also be asked for identification to confirm you are the person who ordered the wine and that you are 18 years of age. For gifts the receiver will be asked to provide identification as well.

 

What are the delivery days & hours?

Monday through Saturday - 10am to 5:00pm. KWM will contact you to arrange a delivery day. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Same-day delivery is not available for online orders. If you would like a same-day delivery, please contact the store directly at 1-204-488-9463 before 12 noon Central Time.

 

Within Winnipeg

Shipping time:

Orders placed online will be delivered within 5 business days, unless otherwise specified. A KWM Online Wine Advisor will contact you by phone or email to confirm delivery.

 

Shipping method:

Within the City of Winnipeg and closely surrounding communities that are a 15 minute drive of the perimeter, delivery will be made with a KWM company vehicle.

 

Shipping rates ($ Canadian):

Within the City of Winnipeg & closely surrounding communities - $9.99.

 

GUARANTEE

All products are guaranteed against defects and may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of delivery. We regret that Kenaston Wine Market & KWM Online cannot refund shipping charges.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES and REFUNDS

All persons placing orders, accepting deliveries or returning wine for exchange or store credit must be 18 years of age or older. The same requirements as to proof of age will also apply at the time of returning wine for exchange or store credit.

It is necessary to contact us in advance about returning or exchanging an item and you will need to provide us with a reason for your return. You may contact us via phone, fax, email or post.

Refunds will be processed only with original purchase receipt for the value of the product(s). Product(s) may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of original delivery date. We regret that Kenaston Wine Market & KWM Online cannot refund shipping charges. Refunds will be credited to the payment card used for the original purchase.
